What Midgie's clients say....
'During the World Championships, I reflected on the techniques in the early stages of the event, smiling at their presence and then drew upon them almost as old friends when I became tired in order to access those hidden reserves.' - S. Graysmark, Burgess Hill UK, 2004 Duathlon World Championships participant and triathlete
'At the beginning of the marathon, I used the techniques to start off with the best running style, thus conserving energy. I have since used similar techniques for triathlon training and competition. I believe this technique provides me with an added psychological advantage.' - P. Wallis, Worthing UK, 2004 London Marathon participant, 2004 European Triathlon Age Group Championships participant and 2000-2 World Triathlon Age Group Championships participant
'I thought using coaching for mental preparation to the London marathon was worth a try and kept an open mind. It worked well and Midgie was flexible and able to adapt words, imagery and triggers that I related to. I felt it best to practice the techniques when actually running prior to the marathon and successfully used them during the marathon. I will continue to practice the techniques and use them for further running events.' - K. Davis, London UK, 2004 London Marathon participant
'Midgie is a passionate and dynamic speaker. Her session was extremely helpful and I left with very practical skills to use in my competition.' - J. Eyre, St. Albert, Alberta, Canada
'I decided to try this type of mental training when I became ill with a cold. With the help of your technique, I was back to running within days. I truly believe it made a difference.' - K. Baker, St. Albert, Alberta, Canada
